1.Introduction
#

These Server Rules apply to every official game server operated by the Silent PRogression Gaming Community ("SPR").

Their purpose is to provide a fair, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all players.

By connecting to any official SPR hosted server, you agree to comply with these Rules, the Community Guidelines, and the Terms of Service.

Additional game-specific rules may apply to individual servers such as:

  • Pal Odyssey
  • Enshrouded
  • Counter-Strike 2
  • Lineage II High Five
  • future SPR hosted games

Where a game-specific rule differs from these General Server Rules, the game-specific rule takes precedence.

2.Scope
#

These Rules apply while using:

  • official SPR hosted game servers;
  • in-game chat;
  • server administration systems;
  • game-specific Discord channels;
  • game-related community events;
  • any connected services operated by SPR.

Certain violations committed outside the game may still affect access to hosted servers if they threaten the community or its infrastructure.

3.General Rules
#

Every player is expected to contribute to a welcoming environment.

Players should:

  • respect other players;
  • play fairly;
  • cooperate with administrators;
  • report bugs responsibly;
  • help new players where appropriate.

Players must not intentionally:

  • disrupt gameplay;
  • ruin another player's experience;
  • abuse community systems;
  • evade moderation actions;
  • create unnecessary conflict.

Remember:

Winning is part of the game.

Respect is part of the community.

4.Fair Play
#

Fair competition is fundamental to every SPR server.

Players must not:

  • cheat;
  • exploit bugs;
  • duplicate items using exploits;
  • abuse unintended mechanics;
  • manipulate server software;
  • modify clients in prohibited ways;
  • gain unfair advantages through unauthorized software.

If you discover a bug, exploit, or vulnerability, report it privately instead of using it.

Responsible disclosure helps improve the server for everyone.

5.Respect for Other Players
#

Treat every player with respect regardless of:

  • experience;
  • nationality;
  • language;
  • skill level;
  • age;
  • play style.

The following behaviour is prohibited:

  • harassment;
  • bullying;
  • hate speech;
  • discrimination;
  • threats;
  • repeated griefing;
  • intentionally targeting individual players.

Friendly competition is encouraged.

Personal hostility is not.

6.Communication
#

Communication should remain respectful both inside the game and through any connected SPR services.

Players should:

  • communicate constructively;
  • respect language differences;
  • avoid excessive profanity directed at others;
  • cooperate with teammates where applicable.

The following behaviour is prohibited:

  • hate speech;
  • harassment;
  • personal attacks;
  • threats;
  • discrimination;
  • spam;
  • advertising unrelated communities or services without permission;
  • intentionally disruptive behaviour in chat or voice communication.

Friendly banter is welcome.

Toxic behaviour is not.

7.Exploits, Cheats & Unauthorized Software
#

Maintaining a fair environment is one of the highest priorities of SPR.

Players must not use:

  • cheats;
  • hacks;
  • bots;
  • macros that violate game rules;
  • automation software;
  • packet manipulation tools;
  • unauthorized client modifications;
  • exploits that provide unfair advantages.

Attempting to bypass anti-cheat systems, server restrictions, or moderation actions is considered a serious violation.

Players who discover exploits should report them privately instead of using or sharing them.

SPR appreciates responsible disclosure that helps improve server security and stability.

8.Server Administration
#

SPR administrators and moderators are responsible for maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment.

Administrative decisions are made in good faith based on the information available at the time.

Players are expected to:

  • follow reasonable administrator instructions;
  • cooperate during investigations;
  • avoid interfering with moderation actions;
  • provide truthful information when requested.

Players must not:

  • impersonate administrators;
  • abuse reporting systems;
  • interfere with administrative actions;
  • encourage others to ignore moderator instructions.

If you disagree with an administrative decision, use the appeal process instead of creating additional disruption.

9.Penalties
#

Violations of these Rules may result in enforcement action depending on the severity, frequency, and impact of the behaviour.

Possible actions include:

  • verbal reminders;
  • official warnings;
  • temporary restrictions;
  • temporary removal from a server;
  • temporary suspension;
  • permanent server ban;
  • permanent removal from SPR hosted services.

Severe violations may result in immediate enforcement without prior warning.

Examples include:

  • cheating;
  • malicious exploitation;
  • repeated harassment;
  • distribution of malware;
  • attempts to compromise server security;
  • serious threats toward other players or staff.

Penalties may apply across multiple SPR services where appropriate.

10.Reporting Issues
#

Players are encouraged to report:

  • bugs;
  • exploits;
  • cheating;
  • harassment;
  • abusive behaviour;
  • technical problems;
  • security concerns.

When submitting a report, include where possible:

  • player names;
  • server name;
  • approximate time;
  • screenshots;
  • video evidence;
  • logs where available;
  • any relevant context.

Submitting intentionally false reports may itself result in moderation action.

SPR reviews reports as fairly and confidentially as reasonably possible.

11.Changes to these Rules
#

SPR may update these Server Rules to reflect:

  • new hosted games;
  • operational improvements;
  • infrastructure changes;
  • moderation experience;
  • legal requirements;
  • community feedback.

Whenever significant changes are introduced, the Last Updated date at the beginning of this document will be revised.

Where appropriate, important updates may also be announced through official SPR communication channels.

Continued use of SPR hosted servers after updated Rules become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
