Progression Since 2008
The First Competitive Signal
Silent PRogression was founded on 10 March 2008 as a Counter-Strike 1.6 team, competing in Greek online and LAN tournaments and establishing the foundations of the community.
The early competitive years included podium finishes in Greek online tournaments and strong placements at LAN events in Athens.
The Signal Goes Silent
After years of competitive activity, the team entered a period of inactivity that lasted until 2019.
Reborn as a Community
On 26 August 2019, Silent PRogression returned as a wider gaming community, expanding beyond Counter-Strike into League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Valorant, and new shared experiences.
The Discord Community
On 4 February 2021, Discord became the central communication hub of the modern Silent PRogression community.
Five Years Connected
The fifth Discord anniversary marked a new chapter: the release of “The Signal in the Void,” the launch of Apollo web radio, the development of SilentNexus, and the creation of the new website.
